Price, specifications and terms of offers are subject to change without notice. Presidium Instruments is not responsible for any typographical and/or photographic errors. Photographs are for illustrative purposes only, and actual items may differ in color or design.



When buying from the store, we strongly recommend customers to register for an account on the Presidium Store.

Registering for an account on the Presidium Store website is quick and easy, and allows you to check on the status of your order, be updated whenever your order has been processed or shipped, leave a review, and enable faster check-outs for future orders. To register for an account, click here.

You may still continue to purchase online at the Presidium Store website with a Guest Check-out account and you will receive an invoice via email. You will not be able to check on status of your order but for any enquiries, you may email us quoting your Invoice Number.



All coupon, discount or promotional codes must be applied by our online customers at the time of purchase. Any such coupon, discount, or promotional codes cannot, and will not be applied to orders ex post facto.



All products on the Presidium Store website are listed in Singapore Dollars (SGD) and will be shipped out from our Singapore office headquarters.

There is no sales tax added to your order unless your shipping address is located in Singapore.
For shipping addresses located in Singapore, a 7% Goods and Services Tax compliant with the country’s regulations, will be automatically applied to your order.

We only accept payments through Paypal.
The credit cards accepted through Paypal are:
• Mastercard
• Visa
• American Express
• Discover Card
Alternatively, you may pay using existing funds from your Paypal account.
You may select your preferred payment mode upon check-out.

You need not have a Paypal account to complete the payment and you may opt to pay direct with your debit or credit card through the Paypal platform.

At check-out, you will be sent to the Paypal site to complete your payment. Once you have done this, you will be returned to our website for the order confirmation.



You may calculate the shipping cost in your Cart by selecting “Calculate Shipping” and choosing the country you are shipping to.
The final shipping cost will be calculated and confirmed upon check-out.
We use either DHL or Fedex for shipping of all orders except for orders to Singapore and Myanmar.
We do not ship to PO boxes.

For orders to Singapore addresses, we use local courier delivery and your mobile number is also provided to our courier for delivery. Please ensure someone is available to sign for and receive your package.

For orders to Myanmar, we use Singapore Post Speedpost delivery service which is trackable.

You will be notified of your tracking number for the shipment of your order within 3-5 business days of placing your order online.



All orders are shipped out from Singapore within 3-5 business days from receipt of payment.

Presidium Instruments does not process or ship orders during weekends and Singapore Public Holidays, and no deliveries will be made on Saturday or Sunday.

You will receive a tracking number for your order and a notification that your order has been shipped via the email account you made the check-out with.

Registered users will also be able to see the status of the order on their Presidium Store account.

Customs and duties tax may be imposed for different countries. Please note these taxes are not included upon your order and may be due upon your receipt of the goods, subject to your country’s laws.
All customs duties/taxes imposed by your country’s authorities are buyer’s responsibility. Please contact your respective country’s customs and/or taxation authorities to find out what customs duties/taxes may be applied to your purchase.



Presidium Instruments reserves the sole right to accommodate requests for substitutions and/or cancellations of paid orders, at our discretion.

If the buyer would like to make a change or substitute an item made in the order, a substitution request with the order number quoted, must be emailed to us within 24 hours of the order submitted. Any additional payments associated with the substitution requests must be made within 24 hours thereafter of receiving confirmation from Presidium Instruments that the substitution has been approved.

Any refunds associated with the substitution will be processed back to the buyer via Paypal within 3-5 business days.

If the buyer wishes to cancel the order, the buyer must email us with the order number quoted, within 24 hours of the order submitted.
After receiving confirmation from Presidium Instruments that the cancellation has been approved, refunds as will be processed back to the buyer within 3-5 business days.



If you receive damaged, defective or missing items in your order, please contact us within 3 days of the receipt of the item(s).

If you receive merchandise with extensive damage to its packaging upon arrival, refuse the order and contact us immediately. In such an event, we also recommend that you contact the shipper/courier immediately to report the damaged goods.

Please have your order number (found on your invoice email) when you contact us.

All claims about damaged, defective or items in your order will be declined if received later than 3 days after delivery of your order to you.

Damaged or defective merchandise returned to us will only be exchanged for the same model only.



If you receive an incorrect item in your order, please contact us within 3 days of the receipt of the item(s).

In the event that you are sent the wrong item, you will be entitled to a replacement with the correct item, and return shipping charges will be covered by Presidium Instruments.



If you wish to return the product, you may do so within 30 days of receiving your purchase for a refund.
Electronic gold testers are not eligible to be returned once the buyer uses them, unless due to reasons of defect or otherwise approved by Presidium Instruments.

You will need to email us for a Return Authorization Number. Please be advised that a Return Authorization Number is required on all returns. Any returns sent to us without a Return Authorization Number will not be accepted.

The Return Authorization Number is valid for 10 (ten) calendar days from issue, and after this 10-day period, it becomes invalid, and you will have forfeited your return rights in their entirety.
If you do not return your item within the validated 10-day period of the Return Authorization Number, your item will not be accepted for return.

When returning an item, you must include all parts, pieces and printed materials in order to be eligible for a refund. Also, please make sure to add insurance/delivery confirmation to your parcel through your preferred mail delivery service. Presidium Instruments is not liable for any shipping costs incurred for your return and is not responsible for any item that it does not receive or returned merchandise that is not in accordance with these terms.

There will be up to 50% Restocking Fee on all non-defective items returned to us within 30 days of date of purchase. Return acceptance and Restocking fee is at the sole discretion of Presidium Instruments Pte Ltd.



If you refuse a package containing your order from the shipper/courier for any reason other than extensive damage to the package itself, you will be subject to a 35% restocking fee as well as the cost of shipping for the return of the package back to Presidium Instruments.

Refunds are contingent upon our receipt of the refused item. If the original shipping was discounted or free, the actual cost of the original shipping will also be deducted from any refund.



Refunds are at the sole discretion of Presidium Instruments.
Any refunds made by Presidium Instruments are also subject to the conditions detailed above.

All refunds by Presidium Instruments will be made via Paypal. If the buyer has paid through his/her credit card on the Paypal platform, the refund will be made through Paypal to the credit card and it may take up to 30 days for it to show up in the next credit card statement.
If the buyer has paid through existing funds in his/her Paypal account, the refund will be made to the Paypal account. This may take up to 10 business days.



Absolutely no returns or claims will be accepted for any reason after the 30-day period passed since the order was placed and submitted.
