Before sending your Presidium product for servicing, please review the FAQ section for troubleshooting tips. This may resolve your problem without having to send the unit back to us.
In the event that your Presidium product is still in need of servicing, please send the unit to:

To expedite the repair services, kindly include the following information with your parcel:
- Contact name and phone / fax number
- Email address
- Delivery address
- Description of problem on the unit
- Proof of purchases (for qualification of warranty for manufacturing defects)
- Shipping invoice (for customs clearance)
Please contact our Customer Service Executive at service@presidium.com.sg if you need assistance on the above, or in the event you did not hear from us within 2 weeks of sending out your repair.
Upon receipt of repair, Presidium will evaluate and advise you on the actual repair cost together with the associated return freight cost if the product is out of warranty. All products under warranty will be repaired free of charge.
